I seem to remember Makima asking Denji to be her dog in the Manga, otherwise from that good stuff. Now spoilers from the manga:1.Makima didn't help Denji for no reason, she has a plan. 2.Makima is also a devil, the Control Devil. 3.The Chainsaw devil is one of the strongest. 4.Denji will end up dead at some point and pochita will take over. 5. Denji gets revived. 6.Denji will end up raising a child Makima in the end so, no makima is not the waifu. 7.Dont get too attached to any of the characters most of them die, in awesome fights most of the time. 8.Denji will be a virgin the whole anime. those are just some off the top of my head because I read it like a year ago. Denji is areally simple and dump in the best way possible which makes him likeable

Finally the dub version its good I love all thats left is Bleach dub patiently waiting Mappa did an amazing job of making this anime was worth the wait.

If you guys haven't noticed, most dubs have been coming out 3 weeks after the sub. Bleach gets released November 4th, and eminence in the shadow's dub release date is unknown.
